Because Hoval's solutions are compatible with a variety of clean energy sources, they are not only environmentally friendly, but also help reduce carbon emissions and achieve green heating. In short, Hoval's heating system provides users with an ideal choice due to its high efficiency, environmental protection, space saving, and cost saving features.
A secure investment
A success story spanning more than 20 years from the Hoval heating. The use of high-quality materials allows the series to demonstrate impressive durability.
Compact
Powerful and energy-efficient yet featuring compact dimensions: easy to transport. A great solution, even when space is limited.
Sustainable
Hoval heating systems are already configured for alternative operation with biomethane and are suitable hydrogen blend. Ideal in combination with renewable energy sources such as a heat pump.
High efficiency, low consumption, special design can achieve economic and efficient and space-saving installation, even if the building space is limited, it can also perform well.
Condensing technology for a gas heating system
State-of-the-art condensing technology conserves resources and protects the environment, as it is able to make much better use of the energy deployed. The magic word here is “condensation”: huge quantities of latent energy are stored in the steam of the heating gas. If the steam cools to below 57°C, it assumes a liquid state and releases energy. With the condensing technology method, the heating gas is cooled from 1000°C to as little as 40°C and transfers all of the heat energy to the heating system. Compared to conventional low-temperature boilers, which see a lot of the heat energy escape unused via the chimney, the gas condensing boiler achieves additional energy gains of up to 20%.
Energy-saving and low-nitrogen high-efficiency heat exchange technology
The main reason for the extremely low gas consumption of the boiler is the unique high-efficiency aluFer® heat exchange smoke tube. Its aluminum fins have a large effective heat transfer area for heat conduction, which can reduce the boiler smoke temperature and improve efficiency.
■ Advanced condensation technology, self-developed steel-aluminum composite smoke tube
■ Optimal heat transfer through special material combinations
■ Larger heat exchange capacity per unit area and smaller footprint
■ Condensation self-cleaning
Max-3 Plus (420 - 2800)
Hoval Three-Pass Oil/Gas Boiler
Adopting the classic three-pass design, the high-temperature flue gas in the furnace chamber can rapidly leave the high-temperature zone and exchange heat to lower its temperature. This helps reduce the flame temperature and minimize pollutant emissions. The three-pass structure adopted by Hoval can meet the most stringent emission requirements currently in force. By using an additional flue gas economizer, energy utilization efficiency can be improved. Hoval's Thermo Condensor aluFer® enables the condensation of flue gas, recovering the energy traditionally lost through the chimney in conventional boilers. The result is that the efficiency of Hoval Max-3 Plus can be further improved by up to 15%.
THW (700-14000)
Hoval Three-pass oil/gas boiler
The classic three-pass design is used, and the high-temperature flue gas in the furnace can quickly leave the high-temperature area and exchange heat to cool down. This reduces the flame temperature and minimizes pollutant emissions. The three-pass structure used by Hoval can meet the most stringent emission requirements currently in place. It converts the chemical energy of fuel oil and gas into usable thermal energy with high efficiency – the actual operating efficiency of the boiler product can be as high as 96%.
THSD 1t/h-20t/h (700kW-14000kW)
Hoval THSD is an industrial steam boiler producing 700 to 14000kW of steam with a working pressures of 10, 13 or 16 bar. The steam boiler can be fired on oil or gas.
Hoval high output steam boilers are made of high quality steel and are distinguished by their solid, robust and flexible design, particularly by their ease of operation, their easy maintenance and an optimal efficiency.
CompactGas
The innovative high-efficiency boiler closes the gap between low-temperature and condensing technology.
The CompactGas fulfils virtually all expectations with regard to comfort, economy, dependability and technical expertise. The Hoval CompactGas offers highly efficient heating technology for systems that require higher system operating temperatures. The powerful performance range of its model series extends from 700 to 14000 kW, making it suitable for many large installations.
Compared with traditional hot water boilers, CompactGas boilers allow for lower return water temperatures, so we can use CompactGas and condenser to combine into a condensing boiler. When the system return water temperature is 30°C, the overall thermal efficiency reaches 105%.Vacuum Boiler
The central vacuum hot water unit can simultaneously provide multiple streams of hot water with different temperature differences, satisfying users' needs for heating, domestic hot water, swimming pool heating, and other hot water applications. It can also provide process water for various industrial and mining enterprises. The built-in heat exchanger allows for high pipe pressure, enabling direct supply of heating and domestic hot water to high-rise buildings, without the need for additional heat exchangers in the system.
