In the early summer after the pandemic, Hoval finally reunited with its long-missed partners! The Hoval 2023 Time Summit and Dealer Conference themed "Exploring Carbon, Foreseeing the Future with Words, and Brainstorming for Breakthroughs" was successfully held in Huairou, Beijing.
Despite the harsh external environment, Hoval and its products have continued to provide warmth and support to customers, encouraging each other throughout the pandemic to persevere and grow even in the coldest of winters.
As the market gradually recovers post-pandemic, Hoval convened this Dealer Conference with the theme "Exploring Carbon, Foreseeing the Future with Words, and Brainstorming for Breakthroughs." The purpose was to collaborate on Hoval's future business planning and development, grasping the core direction of the HVAC market. By gathering everyone's strength, wisdom, and resources, we aimed to discuss how to best navigate new opportunities and challenges in the market, continuously expanding Hoval's product reach.
To participate in this significant gathering, Mr. Harald Verling, the Export Manager of Hao'ou Headquarters, flew in from the headquarters to Beijing, eager for face-to-face communication and exchange. Mr. Harald introduced himself, the current development of the headquarters, and his understanding and aspirations for the Chinese business to the attending dealer friends.
Ms. Huang Zheng, the head of Hoval China, delivered a speech introducing Hoval China's latest organizational structure and development vision. She emphasized the "customer-oriented principle" as the primary focus to enhance the company's core competitiveness. Furthermore, she expressed the core management strategy under the new management team, which aims to achieve overall corporate stability while seeking development.
Subsequently, Ms. Chen Qian, the Sales Director of Hoval China, introduced the latest sales team and conducted a macro analysis of the overall post-pandemic environment and market conditions. She shared her thoughts on the future development of the market with the dealers, expressing her hope that Hoval and its dealers can work together, empower each other, and achieve win-win cooperation!
Following that, Mr. Han Yucheng, the Production and Technical Manager of the Langfang factory, introduced the team and development status of Hoval's Langfang factory. He also shared the factory's efforts in enhancing production processes, quality management, standardization, and product selection.
The growth of an enterprise cannot be achieved without meticulous management, among which product optimization is a crucial aspect. At this meeting, Director Jiang Yanhui, the Product Manager of Hoval China, introduced the optimization directions for Hoval's boiler and ventilation products.
As a platform for mutual exchange and in-depth communication, this conference also specially invited representatives from Hoval's dealers in the boiler and ventilation business areas to share their insights. Mr. Li Qiguo (General Manager of Shanghai Baozi Electromechanical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.), Mr. Wang Hongli (General Manager of Shanghai Duojia Thermal Technology Co., Ltd.), and Mr. Long Zhenyu (General Manager of Suzhou Industrial Park Jieshida Engineering Supporting Co., Ltd.) each recounted their journey through the pandemic alongside Hoval, reflected on brand loyalty and partnership, and shared their sentiments from a decade of cooperation as well as classic project cases.
