The hot water boiler of Hoval's Langfang factory in China has passed the TÜV certification, significantly enhancing its competitiveness in the European market.

Mr. Markus, the Head of Heating R&D at Hoval headquarters, accompanied the TÜV SÜD certification engineers in conducting the audit.

Hoval China has been continuously exporting boilers for two consecutive years. In August, another three hot water boilers were exported to the United Kingdom by train.

Hoval China's Langfang factory has received a total of 55 production orders for hot water boilers to be exported to the UK and other European countries from its headquarters this year. To meet the export requirements, the factory has upgraded its TÜV certification and, in close collaboration with the headquarters' technical department, confirmed all production details and processes. The factory began procuring raw materials for production at the end of April this year. To ensure product quality, the factory has carefully sorted out the control of raw materials, production processes, and overall quality control. Upon arrival, raw materials conforming to EN standards are inspected according to the company's quality control procedures, and traceability markings are applied to the materials during use. The manufacturing and welding processes are strictly carried out in accordance with the process requirements, and the products have undergone hydraulic testing, process inspections, and are now awaiting standard certification inspections for export.

In July this year, Mr. Haupt, an engineer from TÜV, and Mr. Markus, the Chief Heating R&D Officer from Hoval headquarters, arrived at the Langfang factory to begin inspections and acceptance of the hot water boilers, as well as to carefully review the procedure records related to the B-level certification. Subsequently, in September, TÜV Germany commissioned TÜV China auditors to conduct surveillance audits for the D-level certification at the factory.

It is necessary to introduce the certification body involved in this case - TÜV SÜD Group, an international certification body headquartered in Germany, specializing in providing professional management system certification services. As a renowned global third-party certification and technical service company, TÜV SÜD possesses professional skills in international management system auditing and certification. Its areas of expertise span automobiles, railways, aviation, mechanical engineering, information technology, banking, finance, and healthcare services. TÜV SÜD Group consistently adheres to the principles of safety, trustworthiness, reliability, and impartiality, enjoying an excellent reputation in Germany and globally. The three letters "TÜV" have become synonymous with safety, trustworthiness, reliability, and impartiality.

For this certification, the documents to be reviewed include welder certificates, welding procedure qualifications, welding procedures, manufacturing processes, material inspection records, material identification transfer records, welding records, equipment calibration records, measuring device calibration records, raw material specifications, company operational procedure documents, etc. These documents ensure the consistency of products and data. During the acceptance process, TÜV engineers highly praised Haoou Langfang factory's welding quality and control, acknowledged the factory's effective traceability control of raw materials, and applauded the efficient operation of the quality control system.

After the acceptance inspection, Hoval Langfang factory successfully passed the TÜV Modul B+D certification. Hoval headquarters obtained the certificate on October 26th. This signifies that the quality of hot water boilers produced by Hoval factory has been highly recognized and meets European standards, and that Hoval Langfang factory's quality control system has also passed the rigorous audit based on European standards. In the future, the Langfang factory will be able to manufacture and transport high-efficiency, low-nitrogen hot water boilers that comply with European (EN) standards to Europe, further enhancing Hoval's competitiveness in the European market and laying a solid foundation for expanding export markets in the future.
