Unique and efficient heat exchange technology

The primary reason for the extremely low gas consumption of the boiler lies in the use of the unique and efficient aluFer® heat exchange flue tube, which ensures low flue gas temperatures and high efficiency. The aluminum fins ensure a large heat exchange area and extremely high energy transfer, achieving lower boiler exhaust gas temperatures. On the water side, the robust steel jacket guarantees the boiler's long service life.

The large water capacity design of the CompactGas boiler reduces the frequency of burner start-ups and shutdowns, thereby improving the overall system efficiency.

Due to the large furnace design, combustion gases are released faster from the burner, ensuring a clean combustion process.

aluFer® Three-stage Heat Exchange

1. Heat transfer inside the combustion chamber: Large dimensioned combustion chamber for low NOx operation

2. Heat transfer inside the first part of the flue gas pipes reduces the flue gas temperature from flame temperature to an intermediate level.

3. Heat transfer inside the second part of the flue gas pipe (aluFer® tube): The aluminum fins of the aluFer® heat exchanger have an especially enlarged heating surface. Reduction of the flue gas temperature down to 100°C or lower.

Pivoting front door

Thanks to the large, wide-opening front door, all cleaning work can be done very quickly and directly from the front. No clearances are necessary at the sides and rear, and valuable space is saved.

Large water content

The large water content ensures low hydraulic resistance and saves electricity for the circulation pump. It compensates for short consumption changes and thus reduces the number of burner start-ups.

Walkable boiler top

All maintenance work on the CompactGas is carried out from the front and from above. The practical work platform for access from above is standard.

Flue outlet

The flue gas/chimney connection is located at the top front of the boiler and thus does not block any additional floor space. This also saves piping and installation effort.

CompactGas Condensing boiler (700-14000)

Compared with traditional hot water boilers, CompactGas boilers allow for lower return water temperatures, so we can use CompactGas and condenser to combine into a condensing boiler. When the system return water temperature is 30°C, the overall thermal efficiency reaches 105%.
